ADE Black 12.5 Gram 2 Part Epoxy Packet

These 12.5 Gram Epoxy Black Ink Packets are ideal for in-field use and consists of two components, pre-measured in a two-part packet and separated by a single clip.

1. The clip is removed allowing the two sides to migrate.

2. The two components are mixed thoroughly by kneading and dispensed directly from the packet.

SURFACES: ceramics, phenolic, polyesters, melamine, silicone, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, glass, electronic parts

The following are starting point guidelines to determine temperature and times to achieve a crosslinked ink film.

DRYING TIME - Room Temperature: ADE Series dries to touch in approximately 30-60 minutes and cures in 5-7 days.

Force-Drying/Curing: Baking ADE prints produces the hardest, most durable finish. Bake most ADE printed colors for approximately 10 minutes at a maximum range of 300°-325° F (150°-164°C). Temperatures above 325°F (164°C) may result in discoloration.

CHARACTERISTICS: a 2-component epoxy ink developed to be the most permanent ink available for use with a wide range of difficult to mark substrates. It's the most resistant ink available against solvents, chemicals and hydrocarbons, and will withstand temperatures over 600 degrees F. Ink is considered to be conductive.
