Microcell ink rolls are
the most durable rolls available on the market today. This material is
an extremely tough, hard density urethane foam which will last up to a
year or more under normal conditions.
Universal Type MT Ink Rolls Printing
on Non-Porous surfaces has become even easier with the introduction of
Universal's new disposable non-porous Type MT Ink Rolls.
XF NEOPRENE ink
rolls are made from extra firm density foam. Although not quite as
durable as Microcell, XF Neoprene rolls offer slightly higher print
quality and are recommended especially where 3 or 4 lines of type are
required.
PORELON-INK-ROLL
Rolls
snap easily into place, without having to stop the line. You can change
the ink roll and adjust the pressure in seconds without ever touching
the roll, so you will save cleanup time and downtime.

FOAM CARTRIDGES
Foam Cartridges are designed for non-porous inks including pigmeneted and are only available un-inked. They are availabe for the #1, #2, and #3 SL/C Coders, the Handi-Mark II Coder, and the Mini Coder.
NON-POROUS FAST DRY ROLLS
The ink in a standard roll dries by
instant absorption on porous surfaces such as cardboard cartons, boxes,
fiber drums, shipping containers, and non-coated papers. We have
specialty ink rolls that will dry on many non-porous materials.
MINI CARTRIDGES
Mini Cartridges are used with the Mini Coder. There are three cartridges available: XLM Un-inked, XLM Black, and Foam Un-inked.
XLM CARTRIDGES
XLM Cartridges are the premium cartridge and is extra
long lasting and re-inkable. Most effective on porous surfaces and
available un-inked or pre-inked. They are available for the #1, #2, and #3 SL/C Coders and the Mini Coder.
